Privacy Policy

For the mobile game Arrow Puzzle ("the App").

This Privacy Policy explains how Nikunj Patel ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Arrow Puzzle mobile application. We built Arrow Puzzle to be a simple, offline-friendly puzzle game, and we have designed it to collect as little information as possible. By downloading or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

1. Summary

• We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email, phone number, or contacts.
• Your game progress, statistics, and settings are stored only on your device.
• The App shows advertising through Google AdMob. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect certain device and usage information, as described below.
• You can control ad personalization through your device settings at any time.

2. Information We Collect

Information we collect directly

None. The App does not require registration and does not gather personal information that identifies you.

Information stored only on your device

To make the game work, the App saves the following locally, using your device's standard app storage. This data stays on your device, is not transmitted to us, and is removed when you uninstall the App:

• Your level progress, unlocked levels, and stars earned.
• Your preferences (such as sound, vibration, and dark-mode settings).

Information collected by advertising partners

The App is free and supported by ads delivered through Google AdMob (Google LLC). To provide and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect and process information such as:

• A mobile advertising identifier (e.g., Android Advertising ID / Apple's IDFA, where available);
• IP address and coarse (approximate) location derived from it;
• Device information such as device model, operating system, language, and network state;
• Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown, viewed, or tapped.

3. How Information Is Used

• To save and restore your game progress and preferences on your device.
• To display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads that keep the App free.
• By our advertising partners, to select ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance, and detect invalid or fraudulent activity.

We do not use your information for any purpose beyond operating the App and showing ads, and we do not sell your personal information.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

You can limit or reset ad tracking at any time:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID and opt out of ad personalization.
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising.

Where required by law (for example, for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the App requests your consent through Google's consent mechanism before serving personalized ads, and you may change your choice later in the App or your device settings.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your information. Information may be processed by:

• Google AdMob — to deliver and measure advertising (privacy policy).
• Legal reasons — if required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Because we do not store your data on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Data saved on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its storage. Data processed by Google for advertising is retained and deleted according to Google's own retention policies; you can reset your advertising identifier as described in Section 4.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where the App is distributed to children, ad requests are configured to request non-personalized ads and to comply with applicable requirements, including Google Play Families policies and, where applicable, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can address it.

8. Your Rights

European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland (GDPR)

If you are located in these regions, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability, subject to applicable law. Because the App does not collect data that identifies you directly, most requests relate to data handled by Google as an advertising provider; you can exercise choices through the consent prompt and your device settings, or contact us for assistance.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of personalized advertising using the device controls in Section 4.

9. Data Security

We rely on the security features of your device's operating system and app storage to protect information kept on your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to keep the App safe.

10. International Users

The App is available in multiple regions. Advertising partners such as Google may process information in countries other than your own. By using the App, you understand that information may be processed in accordance with this Policy and the partners' policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
